Your reservation can be cancelled at any time. However, cancellation fees apply, which are staggered according to the time before the start of the rental full stop.

Cancellations up to 10 days before the start of the rental period are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the rental and delivery price. In the case of cancellations at shorter notice, the cancellation fee will be increased on a staggered basis up to 90 % of the rental and delivery price. For the exact conditions, please read our rental conditions.

A reservation is possible online up to 7 calendar days before pickup. This way we can ensure that the rental bikes are available for you at the desired time, at the desired location and in the desired number. If you wish to make a reservation at short notice, please use our contact form.

The rental fees are to be paid upon pickup. Payment can be made in cash or at most bike stations without cash. Information on the individual bike stations can be found under Rental Stations.

A rental contract must be filled out upon pickup of the bikes or alternatively upon delivery to a location of your choice. Please remember to bring a valid identification document.

You can reserve your rental bike online on this website or directly on site at one of our numerous rental stations. Unfortunately, a reservation by phone is not possible. Of course, you also have the option of spontaneously renting bikes at one of our stations, as long as they are available.

Bicycles and accessories can be returned at all RevierRad stations during their respective opening hours. For one-way trips, i.e. if you return the bikes to a different location than the rental was made, a one-way service fee applies(price information).
