Data protection - processing of personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), we would like to inform you in the following about the processing of personal data:

Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our site without providing any personal information. We only store access data without personal reference, such as the name of your internet service provider, the page from which you visit us or the name of the requested file. These data are evaluated exclusively for the improvement of our offer and do not permit any conclusion on your person. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order. We use the data you provide without your separate consent exclusively for the fulfillment and processing of your order.

With full completion of the contract and full payment, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the expiry of the tax and commercial regulations, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data. When registering for the newsletter, your name and e-mail address will be used with your consent for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Disclosure of personal data, credit assessment
If we make advance payments, we may obtain a credit assessment from SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden, Germany, to protect our legitimate interests. Your interests worthy of protection are taken into account in accordance with the statutory provisions. Your data will not be passed on to any other third parties.

Use of cookies
To be able to order in our shop, a so-called session cookie is set when you call up certain pages. This is a small text file that is automatically deleted from your computer at the end of the browser session. This file is used exclusively to be able to use certain applications, e.g. our ordering system.

Data security
We secure our website and other systems by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. Access to your customer account is only possible after entering your personal password. You should always treat your access information confidentially and close the browser window when you have finished communicating with us, especially if you share the computer with others. Right to information In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to free information about your stored data and, if applicable, the right to correct, block or delete the data.

Revocation of consents
You may have expressly given the following consents in the course of the ordering process. We would like to point out that you can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Use of Facebook social plugins Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition "Facebook Social Plugin". A list of the identifiers for Facebook social plugins can be found here. When you call up a web page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website. We have no influence on the content of the data transmitted to Facebook, which is collected with the help of the plugin. You can find current information here.

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy. If you do not want Facebook to collect data about you via our website, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also install the so-called Facebook Blocker for your browser and thus block out the Facebook social plugins.
